Anyone considering hiring any Home Care Services, make sure you do NOT trust the firm itself, do your own home work on references, State and Federal agencies who regulate and be very concerned when they do NOT take Insurances, VA, Medicare, Medical, etc. that is a first red flag. See for yourself who the staff they hire are, make sure you know there credit ratings, criminal records, training or lack of, check with the State Department of Health Services, background verifications and when they prefer cash run away. See if they are Federally and State Certificated (this one is NOT ) see if there staff can prove there employee's have clean criminal records, and do random drug tests and see the tests results do not rely on them your self. Don't rely on the self audited or BBB reports BBB is NOT a investigative or regulatory agency with access to records or reports nor does the BBB do anything but have the employer pay a fee to join to look and sound official. Your family comes first and so does there safety and health.
