www.autopartsexpress.com is a joke of a company and should no longer be in operation as far as I am concerned, and would highly recommend avoiding them.

They:
Have no customer service online; their website is useless and was clearly made with little regard to customer service. They do list an email address 'support@autopartsexpress.com', but clearly 'support' is a relative term. If you would like information on returns your best bet is to go to a search engine and search the term "autopartsexpress.com returns". I did find a 'Return Authorization Request Form' and filled it out, but the website gives you an error when you try to submit it.

Have no phone support; pick 1 for sales and you get 5 minutes of music followed by voicemail, pick 2 for customer service and you get 2 minutes of music followed by voicemail. If you’re lucky you’ll just get sent straight to voicemail, though it’s a waste of your breath if you do decide to leave a message. Out of 41 calls I did make throughout a 4 week period, I was only successful in reaching someone 3 times.

Have no legitimate customer service. Cindy either lacks the ability to operate the computer system they use or just doesn’t give a damn, and she is apparently the only employee?? Want answers? They’re experiencing ‘server issues’. Shipping info? The warehouse is in charge of that. Info from the warehouse? Don’t count on it. Care for any form of update, call back, return email? Lol…you’re more likely to get struck by lightning.

FMP simply ships parts and accepts returns, after they accept parts they refund the sale to Metro Auto, who refunds to AutoPartsExpress, who will eventually (if you're lucky) refund the money to you.

Autopartsexpress.com: If you find any of this to be inappropriate or would like to dispute any of this imformation I would suggest you contact: 1) The BBB, though doing so might result in you having to address your 7 unanswered complaints, and 2) The customers in which you owe money to. No matter the circiumstance, nobody should be subject to as much of a hassle that your company seems to provide. Returns happen for various reasons, and based on information I have gathered you allow for a 30 day return policy, so I'd suggest you follow your own terms.
