I elected to work with Cabinet Expo because their price was extremely low however, my experience was a nightmare! Jae Cho was unprofessional, dishonest and difficult to communicate with - ultimately, I had to get the manufacturer's rep involved in order to compel Mr. Cho to action. When I initially found this vendor, the BBB showed them AA rated - now only a few months later this has been changed to an F, which I am certain was earned! I would not recommend this vendor and I only wish the F had been on the BBB website sooner when I was deciding whether or not to use this company...would have saved me a lot of headache!! I wish I could give them NO STARS as they do not even deserve the one.
