First of all I received an email stating 50% off first purchase so I said I'd try it out. I ordered one case and my total at the end was $7.99 ,so OK I put my credit card info in and the next screen was $5.99 shipping, I am use to knowing that before putting my info in, I did not want to pay almost $15 for one phone case when I've ordered four on eBay for $20 ,I tried canceling the order right away but omg they give you the run around. First off there's a number but when you call it there's a machine that sends you back to the website, I emailed numerous times to please cancel my order, finally two days later I get an email asking my why I want to cancel and they would give me $3 off shipping, i then emailed back no thank you cause I did not like the customer service at all. Two days later no response, I called my bank to stop payment and that's the process I'm going through now, still no money returned. I do on line shopping a lot and I've never had such a hard time getting a refund especially since I asked for one right away, cause I know how hard it is to get a refund once an item ships. This company is awful, take it from me, unless it was just my experience that is so bad, do not order from them.
