Added shipping charges after order is place.

I will never use this company again. I ordered a phone case, when I hit the order button it said
that I owed 7.99 total. When I got my e-mail confirmation, they tacked on a 5.99 shipping charge
which was not their when i ordered. I did find a customer service number. 800-871-6926. Every
time you call them it tells you "we are unable to take calls while we transition our support center"
I don't believe they will ever answer a phone call. I spent around $14.00 and will be surprised if
I get what I ordered.
