I want to say that not everyone at challenge is the same. I almost lost my car because I wasn't able to make payments due to my sons health. Thanks to Bertha Rodriguez and Jerry I was able to keep my car. Bertha worked on me getting extensions and lowered my payments. If it wasn't for her I would have lost my much needed car. If there were more employees like her many other people would be able to make there payments and keep there vehicles because emergencies happened and sometimes times get tough. Especially with this economy so thank you very much to Bertha unlike other employees who aren't willing to help. I appreciate what she has done for me and my family.
