I had received 3 bids to replace my roof Chris Booker being one of them. Being new to the world of contractors I chose someone cheaper, which in fact turned into a disaster. Eating humble pie, I called Mr. Booker and explained I might be in trouble and
informed him of the situation. He didn't skip a beat, said "When can I come?" I walked through the gate and let the others go. Mr. Booker was here in 20 minutes to assess the damage. He held no grudge whatsoever, examined the situation and reduced his bid
to his original bid minus the deposit I had given the other individual, regardless of the fact that there was indeed more work to do due to corrections caused by the other individual. Mr. Booker is very knowledgeable, does not add UN-needed repairs, is very
reasonable in his prices, and has a Great crew. For starting out in a bad way Mr. Booker came through in a time of need, which was incredibly considerate. I will refer anyone to him, you won't be disapointed.
