I ordered a Lexmark E210 compatible cartridge from this company, and they sent the wrong one, not once, not twice, but three times! Each time, the correct item I ordered was printed on the packing slip, but the item number on the actual item did not match the one clearly printed on the box. Very frustrating! I finally just gave up and requested a full refund. They did have an easy process to return incorrect items.
