I contacted Davis the plumber to repair my HVAC that was installed 3 years earlier by another contractor. They called to verify prior to coming and arrived on time. The problem was very difficult to locate and the technician, who had tried all the basics for several hours, could not find the problem. He then called the Owner Mark who got in his truck and came out to my home to assist. The problem was still hard to find but with the experience brought to bear they came up with a diagnosis, took the time to explain it in detail to me and stayed on location for another 5 hours doing the full repair. The diagnoses was correct, the cost was not out of line (even lower than I anticipated) and most importantly they got it working properly. I will not use another contractor for any of my plumbing or HVAC needs again. I felt confident talking with both the technician and the owner that they were doing the very best for me and not taking advantage of my vulnerable position. I strongly encourage anyone looking for repairs or installation of HVAC call Davis the Plumber first.
