I had a wonderful experience working with Milan Jara, of Decorative Ceiling Tiles, Inc. I was apprehensive about ordering the chrome backsplash (pvc roll 10ft) for my kitchen without seeing it in person, but the product and price caught my eye. I had emailed Milan with questions many times that day before I made my purchase because I wanted to make sure I knew what I was getting myself into. Since Milan had answered all my questions, I felt confident enough with Milan to placed my order. Milan was very personable and descriptive with the information that was provided to me. My order arrived within days of my purchase. I had requested Milan to include additional instructions with the order, and the instructions were included with the order. The quality of the backsplash is excellent. I get so many compliments on the beautiful chrome backsplash. Everyone thinks I paid a lot of money for it. The backsplash really brightens up my kitchen since the light reflects off of it. Would I buy additional products from Decorative Ceiling Tiles, Inc.? I sure would!! Thank you so much!!!
