This company will not return my requests for refund on damaged welder.

I purchased a welder which arrived around April 23-25. It came damaged and would not work. I have sent several emails to the company and they are now not returning those messages. The last one received stated that UPS will be contacting me and after they
pick up the item, they will refund my money. That was May 2, 2014 it is now May 15 and nothing. I have sent several emails that have gone unreturned. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!
