Worst experience i've ever had

This is literally the worst experience I've ever had ordering a product online. I ordered a sweater for my friend's birthday on October 16th. I received an e-mail on the 26th saying it had been shipped via USPS. I totally understand that it usually would take a month or so to be delivered, there was no rush. But then I received an e-mail exactly one week later saying I was being refunded (which I have yet to receive BTW) because the store I ordered from had closed. So not only was my friend not getting the sweater I ordered her, despite the fact that they had already sent me the shipping confirmation (so they lied fully to my face) but I won't get my 70$ back for another week minimum.
Super unhappy with this service... they didn't offer any alternatives... terrible customer service, if I found out a product was being delivered by them I would not order it in the first place.
