I am a paid member at Kimkins. The food plan is very healthy. There is nothing wrong eating eggs, fish, eggs, beef, yogurt, cheese, a variety of veggies and healthy fats in your diet.
Those who are complaining are just trying to make trouble and are following a few Admins and friends of Admins) that lost their salary and will make up anything to get revenge and claim to be born again Christains.....very sad. Many people did not check with their doctors before starting this diet and took it to the extremes and blame the founder that you must eat under 500 calories. These people have journals on the paid site indicating that they were not hungry so they did not eat. The is not part of the diet. That was their choice and developed medical problems because of their ignorance.
Yes the founder posted false testimonies but don't all diet plans post them....and false pictures. They show thin people in their ads and they were always thin.
I followed the guideline and ate 1200-1500 calories a day and lost the 40 lbs I needed to lose. I followed the diet the way it was intended to be followed. Thanks.
