I have been on diet after diet over the years. 14 years ago I had my stomach staples.I lost 150 in about a year and a half... Then I started to gain weight by eating more and streaching my stomach.. I have gained back almost all the weight I lost..I was eating far less with my stomach stapled then I do with Kimkins.
I love this diet plan.. I have lost 60 pds in 3 months and 6 days..And I feel great. I still have about 125 more pds to go...My doctor was so glad that I was losing weight.And aproved of the diet. So I am sticking with it.. My blood levels are looking good.. I take my vitiams daily plus magiuism for my potty problem, but I have always had a potty problem before I ever even heard of Kimkins.
It doesn't matter who Kimmer is or untrue success stories.. Because my success story is true and I know of others that are true and doing Kimkins also..
I have met some amazing ladies on Kimkins fourm. And we all love the Kimkin Diet Plan and will contuine to do the program.. Whether the site is closed down or stays, we will stay intouch with each other and still do Kimkin and cheer each other on as we lose weight.
