How anyone can belong to a dieting program where the 'owner' has blatantly lied is beyond me. This program doesn't work at all and even Heidi has admitted it herself people!!!
If you read the 'KimKins Debate' on her homepage she admits that she has lied about the personal dramatic weight loss results and even admits that SHE GAINED ALL OF HER WEIGHT BACK! Thats not a diet that works buddy.
Personally, I don't have to try her diet to see that it doesn't work. The purpose of a diet is to lose the weight and keep if off. Any genius can lose weight, but its keeping the weight off thats the challenging part.
This "mysterious KimKin owner" is hiding for a reason people! Her past spokeswoman and previous clients aren't hiding and are quick to show people how unhealthy this program really is.
She is simply using a get rich quick scheme and praying on the overweight population to get there.
Personally, wouldn't you want to lose weight from someone who has done it themselves. This woman weighs 200 pounds and you think she knows what she's talking about???
If anyone signs up for her program then they are truly naive.
Just do your research first people.

Q: Did you lose 198 pounds in 11 months?
A: No. But I did lose 100 pounds in 6 months. Since Kimkins appeared on the Woman's World cover, I've been glued to my computer. I'm no different than you and I'm very familiar with stress eating or grabbing what's handy instead of what's Kimkins friendly.
Q: So you've regained the weight?
A: Yes, but that's due to personal issues and is no reflection on Kimkins. I've been back on track for several weeks and you can track my progress on the Kimkins homepage. I'll be experimenting and rotating with various Kimkins diet options.
