DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MYCARNIVORE.COM. I ordered a Venus flytrap kit for my granddaughter's birthday in August. The plant she received was a mess and did not live. My daughter contacted the company immediately about a replacement plant. No one ever answered the phone number on the website. Finally, she did get a response to one of several e-mails and was promised a replacement plant. The plant still has not arrived as of today (Oct 19) and we had to get the Better Business Bureau involved. I requested a refund, but was informed by Brad that "he could not stay in business if he issued a refund for every plant mishandled by the post office." Apparently, this happens frequently and he still has not had sense enough to find a new carrier. This is not who you want to do business with unless you want to be frustrated and disappointed.
