I purchased or thought I was purchasing a venus fly trap kit for my son science project on 9/17/2009. A week later I checked the status of my order which stated that it wasn't processed yet. So I waited a few more days tried to contact the company still no answer no matter what time I call. No response from emails nothing!!! I cancelled the order on 10/9/2009 and this company had the audacity to go into my checking account on 10/12/2009 and withdraw money for the order I already paid for and since than cancelled. Have anyone received an actual refund from this awful company as of yet? This is a predator for sure!!!!!!!!!
