Napleton Hyundai in West Palm Beach uses high pressure techniques, manipulation, and intimidation to sell a car. They will use ever trick in the book to get you to sign papers. The final cost for the vehicle is grossly trumped up. This dealership will add on options without approval. They will lie about your income to get financing for the car. The sales agreement is very confusing to figure out exactly what the price of the car is. According to the Internet, an Elantra will sell for $14-$16k. My agreement says $18k, $21k, and $27k. I was told I was getting the car for $16k, but this is how they need to write the contract for cash 4 clunkers. They did not offer the cash for gas card which is included in Hyundai's promotion. They will pressure a person into buying a vehicle with the cash 4 clunkers program by saying that the program might run out of money by the end of the day, so the car needs to be purchased today. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.
