My Husband and I purchased warranties for our cars before the manufactured warranties were up ffor future protection. While we were still within the cancellation period we canceled the warranties because we were able to find an least enpensive one that covered everything including our navigation system within our cars; not like the one purchased thru this company. We sent the cancellation notice by certified mailing and were expecting to receive our refund by now. Well, we canceled in March and this company is giving us the run around regarding our refund either full or partial.
