My wife, Kimberly, paid Bruce Richards, owner of NonPublished, $200 of which Richards matched and our present balance is $400 in credits to be used towards NonPublished services. Kimberly and I have both telephoned and emailed NonPublished and no one will
return our calls or reply to our emails. We leave messages so they know we only need a password to login to our account. A couple years ago we had the same problem with Richards. After a lot of grief, Richards did give us the password; but, in an email which
we still have today, he scolded us saying he "WOULD NOT PROVIDE OUR INFO AGAIN". How unprofessional. What website do you know that does not make available some type of help to access a forgotten password. Everyone I know of has a link "forget password". This
is Richards scam to get out of fulfilling $400 worth of credits that I have. When originally purchased, Richards told Kimberly that the credits do "NOT EXPIRE". It appears that now that it is time to collect, Richards does not want to do what is right and
fulfill his end of the transaction. We would be satisfied with a refund of our original $200 and are willing to forfeit the extra $200 that Richards agreed to match. Having to go to these extremes to collect does not give us much faith that we will receive
satisfactory service anyway. It is our desire to just be refunded $200. When we asked Richards for a refund in the past, he gave us a story about it being "like postage stamps". Well, it is NOT. It is cash paid for a service and the service was NEVER given.
BEWARE BUYERS BEFORE HANDING YOUR MONEY OVER TO NONPUBLISHED!! If we could give LESS than one star WE WOULD. We plan to contact our States Attorney Office about the scam Richards is running. Documentation to prove these statements available upon request. Other
