I'm coming at this from a slightly different perspective from the previous reviewers. I'm the owner of a single property (single-family home), and had moved away on a temporary work assignment and wished to rent the property for a year or two. S.I.G. served as my eyes and ears while I was away, and ensured that the property was kept in good repair and interacted with my tenant as necessary.
I did not have any maintenance crises or any need to deal with a difficult tenant, so I can't comment from that perspective. But I can say that S.I.G. was responsive to my (and my tenants) inquiries and made me feel that I was covered if anything were ever to happen. Invoicing and other financial aspects were handled easily and efficiently.
Please consider S.I.G. if you are looking for a responsive, easy-to-work-with property management firm.
