GARBAGE! Don't do it! They send out defective products and when you call, they are rude! Fred H has no customer service skills and has the nerve to be the manager. I ordered 1.5 carat black diamond earrings for my fiancées 45th bday. I had a hard time finding them and a friend told me about Sea of Diamonds. They took my money right away but when I got the box, one of them had a pin tip size hole in it! I was so upset because his dinner party at Nick and Sam's was the coming Friday and he was scheduled to leave the following Friday for 4 months. It went down hill from there. FRed H was rude, disrespectful and hung up in my face. So I called back from 3 phones, over and over and over until he came to the phone. As I explained to the reps, they took my money, I returned the product, so they had both and he promised a refund would be issued the same day they received them back. Then he hangs up because I'm upset...NO! He came to the phone and told me, he is not there to fulfill my fantasies and if I called him again, he would decline my refund and make sure it was 3 or 4 months before I got it. He then yells and hangs up again. REALLY? My fiancee said he would report them when he got back to DC and told me if I did not receive the refund by Monday, we would have all of our friends call them every hour until my refund was issued. He also told me he would be glad to issue the refund so he never has to talk to me again. They were alot nicer when they were taking my money! I got it today but will NEVER EVER EVER order anything from this horrible company. SEA OF DIAMONDS gets 0 STARS but the system will not allow me to click none!

When customer placed the order she was advised item was not in stock, but could be drop shipped by our supplier. Since she was in rush to receive the earrings we had our supplier ship directly to customer. Unfortunately there was a tiny flaw on one of the diamonds that someone with a 20/20 vision can detect, but still a great value for amount paid. Regardless, offer a 30 day return policy, no questions asked, however customer choose the path of SCREAMING and using the "F" work in between every other word: YOU HAVE TAKEN MY "F" MONEY AND SHIPPED ME A "F" DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE AND MESSED UP MY "F" PLAN SINCE HE WILL BE LEAVING TOWN FOR 4 "F" MONTHS....I have been a manager in jewelry business for 30 years and no matter how calm I spoke with this customer, I could not stop her SCREAMING and using the "F" word over and over. My final solution was unfortunately to hang up on her after respectully asking her not to scream the "f" word in my ears. After few times calling back I was able to calm her down. We advised her that we will pay for shipping both ways and refund her in full. Refund was issued the same day item was returned. I have been a manager in this business for 7 years, and only placed 2 customers on black list not to do business with again, this customer was the 3rd one. Her friend who refered her to us purchased over $2,000 (3 items) and called to both thank us for the jewelry and service and apologize for her friends attitude.
