Told by a broker that there was an investment opportunity In Blythe CA concerning the building of homes and an assisted living facility there. Contacted the representative of Milhaven Group LLC (Charles Niel)andwas sent some very professional material concerning the project (these people were very good at their scam)
I invested my IRA in their proposed endeaver and had numerous contacts with Charles niel,John Stevens,Gabriel Veese,Jeff Smith,Greg Arslanian (CEO of milhaven) Adam Arslanian (Gregs brother) and bobby Dawson.
I also invested in the assisted living facility ( there were supposed to be two phases, first were the residences and then the facility.
To make a long story short, they stopped returning my calls around December of 07 and have since morphed into Aurora Development group and as such also do not respond to calls.
Made contact with a lady in Texas whose father got caught in this also and is having the same trouble and told me that a legal action was in the works. She also told me about the Dept of corporations in California that I should talk to,gave the DOC my information.
Iam pretty sure that my life savings are gone and I have no real recourse. I hope this information is of some use to someone
