Horrible Experience

This place is ALWAYS HORRIBLY OVERCROWDED, You pay for an all access pass and they don’t bother telling you that you may not be able to get on certain things due to overcrowding ! The customer Service is HORRENDOUS. I had an issue with an employee complaining about “not wanting to deal with people” in a place where ALL YOU DO IS DEAL WITH PEOPLE !!! I made an attempt to reach out to Brandon at the facility which he claimed to have been “too busy” to meet with me, so I left my number to be called back and he I guess continued to be too busy to reach out because I never got a call back and than reached out to a Nicole Pitz afterwards and explained what had happened in an email and was never returned an email back either I wish I could submit the email but it doesn’t give me the option sadly... Worst part is I still have 2 tickets I had bought before all of these shenanigans and I wouldn’t even want to return AT ALL !!!!!
