This auto dealer agrees it owes me a refund of approximately $2,000 but it has been MORE THAN 6 MONTHS (since 9/14/10) and no refund has been issued. On 1/12/11 their finance dept. rep. left me a message stating I'd have the refund in 2 weeks - still no refund as of 3/30/11. Based on failure to deliver a simple refund - which they agree they owe to me - I would recommend not purchasing a car from this dealer.
