We filed a complaint against Wagner Mechanical with the Better Business Bureau last year regarding failure to install electric heating strips that were previously paid for years prior. Our interaction with the company was frustrating and efforts to have this corrected appeared futile. However, over the past several months, we have been astounded by the professionalism and drive for customer satisfaction that Wagner Mechanical has shown since it has come under new management. The installation manager, Ken McDowell, has been extremely cooperative and committed to providing excellent service. The support staff are friendly, helpful and telephone messages are returned promptly. The electricians that we were involved with have significant expertise in their field and a high level of professionalism. After several months of work on our house (which I believe far exceeded the initial cost estimate), the project has been completed. We are incredibly pleased with their efforts which have far exceeded our expectations. We offered to compensate the arduous labor that was involved, however this was declined. Wagner Mechanical has regained our trust and business. I thank them for an excellent job.
