Difficult to deal with.

I had placed an order for 4 SK sockets, first email said that they only had two in stock and wanted to send in place lesser quality sockets. I emailed back asking them to send the two they had and backorder the other two. They wanted to charge shipping on the backorder, I sent them another email asking them if they could just send what they had and refund me for what they did not have and asked if that would work. The sent an email saying "That will" Remember, they said they had two in stock of what I ordered. They only sent one socket. I waited five days and no refund at PayPal, so I emailed them, no response. Up until now they have responded the next day to my emails. I went to PayPal and opened a dispute, eAutoTools escalated it to a claim. PayPal found in my favor and credited my account. For the price I ended up paying for the one socket I could have bought a Snap-On socket cheaper. I feel that if I had not went to PayPal eAutoTools would still be hanging onto my money. I feel lucky that this only took a month to resolve. My suggestion is if you make a purchase please use PayPal, then you will have a chance to resolve any problems you may run into.

This is not true, you were refunded right away. PayPal already saw the refund so they consider it paid. They did not deduct any more money from our PayPal account.
